Tree Talk Plus also builds the capacity of communities to start up business related ventures with in the tree-planting programmes as alternatives to cutting the trees down for economic interests. TTP therefore trains communities in and promotes bee-keeping, sand mining among other enterprises to supplement community incomes but also improve food/nutrition security.
